Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application)
  • Competitive salary range: $250,000 – $350,000 annually (pro-rated for part-time)

What You'll Do:
  • Diagnose and stage various cancers through clinical assessments, imaging, and labs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
  • Manage side effects and provide supportive care to improve quality of life
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options
  • Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other specialists for coordinated care
  • Participate in clinical trials, research initiatives, and quality improvement projects
  • Stay current with oncology guidelines, breakthroughs, and evidence-based practices
  • Mentor healthcare staff and contribute to departmental improvements

What You Need:
  • Medical license in good standing or eligible for VT licensure
  • Prior experience in oncology or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
