Licenses & Certifications:- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN
- Missouri Medical License (or eligibility)
Experience:- Generally, 2+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits- Salary: Guaranteed starting at $425,000 annually plus productivity incentives
- Sign-on Bonus: $75,000
- Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month (for recent graduates)
- Student Loan Assistance: Up to $125,000 paid over 6 years

What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive obstetrics & gynecology care in outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings
- Manage diverse women's health issues, including prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecologic surgeries
- Conduct hospital rounds or coordinate inpatient care coverage
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists from St. Louis Childrens Hospital
- Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted systems
- Participate in shared call schedule for after-hours coverage
- Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff
- Engage in continuing education and professional development
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in a top-rated Labor & Delivery unit
- Support healthcare services in a rural, underserved community with comprehensive facilities
What You Need- Missouri medical license or eligibility
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
