Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $328,000 - $365,000/year (based on experience, with potential productivity bonus)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in outpatient clinics and hospital settings
• Manage a patient load of approximately 20 patients per day
• Participate in a 1:5 call schedule; CNMs handle most nights
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Assist in surgical procedures, with access to 2 daVinci XI robotic systems
• Collaborate with a team of experienced OB/GYN physicians and certified nurse midwives
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education
• Support new staff and promote a positive, patient-centered environment

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Valid medical license in Colorado or eligible to obtain
• Enthusiam for full-time women's health practice

Preferred:

• Experience in robotic surgery
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
