365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in the Quad Cities region of Iowa.

Join an established women's health practice offering immediate patient volume, advanced surgical technology, and a collaborative care model designed to support both physician autonomy and work-life balance. This opportunity provides access to robotic surgery, OB Hospitalist support, and a Level II NICU with onsite Neonatologists.


Position Snapshot

  • $400,000 Two-Year Income Guarantee

  • Productivity Incentive Compensation

  • Full-Time Employed Position

  • Call Schedule: 1:5

  • 1,000+ Deliveries Annually

  • J-1 and H-1B Visa Sponsorship Available


Practice Environment

  • Established practice with 5 OB/GYN physicians and 4 APPs

  • Busy practice with immediate patient volume

  • Full-spectrum OB/GYN care

  • Collaborative care model with local FQHC partners serving Iowa and Illinois

  • Dedicated OR block time

  • Robotic surgery access

  • Onsite ultrasound services

  • OB Hospitalist support for emergencies and inpatient consultations

  • Level II NICU with onsite Neonatologists

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care

  • Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies

  • Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures

  • Participate in shared call coverage

  • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary teams

  • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care


Qualifications

  • MD or DO

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

  • Board Eligible physicians must achieve board certification within one year of employment

  • Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Unrestricted DEA and prescribing authority

  • Clean malpractice and license history

Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
