Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $280,000 - $360,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: pay details available upon application)

What You’ll Do
- Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
- Manage gynecologic consultations from primary care providers and midwives
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
- Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
- Maintain surgical volume with access to three new operating rooms
- Support a birth center offering VBACs, water births, and 24-hour epidural services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, midwives, nurses, and medical assistants
- Provide backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including deliveries
- Engage in manageable on-call rotations (1 in 4)
- Contribute to a stable, long-standing practice with low staff and physician turnover
What You Need
- Required:
- Medical License in Vermont (or eligible)
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
- Key skills in obstetrics and gynecology
- Preferred:
- Experience with minimally invasive surgeries
- Prior work in a community hospital setting
