What You’ll Do
  • Lead and provide comprehensive neonatal care for infants in a Level III NICU
  • Manage a high-acuity patient population with an average daily census of 25–29 infants
  • Support annual NICU admissions of approximately 370–400 and 3,400–3,900 deliveries annually
  • Deliver advanced interventions including high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with pediatric subspecialists such as cardiology and surgery
  • Support well-baby rounding twice per month in partnership with residency programs
  • Provide leadership and mentorship within a team of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners

What You Need
Required:
  • Medical license in South Carolina or ability to obtain one
  • Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship and eligibility for boards
  • Ability to manage high-acuity neonatal patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a Level III NICU setting
  • Experience with advanced neonatal interventions and multidisciplinary teamwork
