    Perm - Neonatology Physician Opportunity in Richmond, VA | Level III NICU

    What You’ll Do
    • Provide expert neonatal intensive care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
    • Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists and specialists
    • Utilize advanced therapies like HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and hypothermia
    • Coordinate with pediatric surgery and cardiology teams for complex cases
    • Lead in quality improvement and safety initiatives
    • Participate in clinical research and team education efforts
    • Focus exclusively on NICU patients, with no nursery coverage responsibilities

    What You Need
    • Valid license and certification in Neonatology (Board Certified/Eligible)
    • Minimum of 2+ years NICU experience preferred
    • Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
    • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
    • Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
