What You’ll Do- Provide expert neonatal intensive care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists and specialists
- Utilize advanced therapies like HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and hypothermia
- Coordinate with pediatric surgery and cardiology teams for complex cases
- Lead in quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Participate in clinical research and team education efforts
- Focus exclusively on NICU patients, with no nursery coverage responsibilities
What You Need- Valid license and certification in Neonatology (Board Certified/Eligible)
- Minimum of 2+ years NICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
