- License/Certs: Board-certified or eligible in Neonatology, NJ medical license required
- Experience: Prior experience in NICU or neonatal intensive care preferred

What You’ll Do- Provide specialized neonatal care to infants in a Level 3 NICU with an average daily census of 17 patients
- Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually, ensuring quality and timely care
- Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists in a well-established, supportive environment
- Participate in clinical duties, including managing high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
- Engage in teaching, mentoring medical students, residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents
- Support a multidisciplinary team with obstetric and pediatric providers
- Contribute to a regional perinatal center environment serving approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
- Maintain compliance with hospital standards and protocols
- Provide patient-centered, compassionate neonatal care in a professional setting
What You Need- Valid medical license in New Jersey
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
- Experience working in a NICU or tertiary neonatal care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Residency within the local area may be required for immediate start; relocation assistance available
