    Perm - Neonatologist - Level 3 NICU – Pennington, NJ

    • Shift: Mix of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts

    • License/Certs: Board-certified or eligible in Neonatology, NJ medical license required
    • Experience: Prior experience in NICU or neonatal intensive care preferred

    What You’ll Do
    • Provide specialized neonatal care to infants in a Level 3 NICU with an average daily census of 17 patients
    • Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually, ensuring quality and timely care
    • Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists in a well-established, supportive environment
    • Participate in clinical duties, including managing high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
    • Engage in teaching, mentoring medical students, residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents
    • Support a multidisciplinary team with obstetric and pediatric providers
    • Contribute to a regional perinatal center environment serving approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
    • Maintain compliance with hospital standards and protocols
    • Provide patient-centered, compassionate neonatal care in a professional setting

    What You Need
    • Valid medical license in New Jersey
    • Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
    • Experience working in a NICU or tertiary neonatal care setting preferred
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    • Residency within the local area may be required for immediate start; relocation assistance available
