What You’ll Do
- Provide neonatal care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City and Norman Regional Hospital
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, NNPs, and support staff
- Manage complex cases using advanced ventilator and HFOV equipment
- Support maternal-fetal medicine and subspecialty consults
- Participate in patient rounds, care planning, and family communication
- Cover approximately 10 shifts per month, predominantly 24-hour out-of-house shifts
- Contribute to a community-oriented, supportive work environment
What You Need
- Valid BC/BE in Neonatology
- Active medical license in Oklahoma (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality neonatal care
Preferred
- Recent fellowship training or experience in Level III NICU settings
- Comfort working in a private practice environment with a collegial team
