What You’ll Do
- Provide expert neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU
- Manage care for infants from a busy maternity service supporting approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
- Collaborate with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours
- Participate in home-based call duties, with 24/7 NNP coverage
- Perform neonatal procedures and support clinical interventions
- Engage in mentorship and professional development, especially for new graduates
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality neonatal care aligned with standards and best practices
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented, collegial environment
What You Need
- Valid medical license in Kentucky or eligible for licensure
- Board Certification or eligibility in Neonatology
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for neonatal care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
