- License/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology
- Experience: New Fellows through 2025 welcome; prior NICU experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits- Base Salary: $250,000 starting for new graduates; increases based on experience (to be discussed)
- Pay Rate: Hourly pay rate of $1.00 (Note: primary compensation discussed at interview)

What You'll Do- Provide expert neonatal care in Level III NICUs at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists
- Manage complex neonatal conditions with advanced equipment such as high-frequency ventilators, body cooling, and iNO
- Participate in teaching, CQI initiatives, and quality improvement projects
- Engage in on-call coverage and weekend rotations as discussed
- Contribute to patient outcomes with evidence-based care and best practices
- Communicate effectively with families and team members to ensure the highest standards of care
What You Need- Active or eligible Nevada medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Fellowship-trained in Neonatology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to collaborate across specialties
