    What You’ll Do
    • Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a high-quality, Level III NICU with 16 beds
    • Manage an average daily census of 7-8 critically ill or premature newborns
    • Attend and manage high-risk deliveries and stabilize critically ill infants
    • Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
    • Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, multidisciplinary teams, and faculty physicians
    • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
    • Contribute to ongoing excellence in neonatal outcomes
    • Potentially take on leadership roles for qualified candidates
    • Support over 1,100 annual deliveries in a thriving hospital setting

    What You Need
    Required:
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
    • Active Georgia medical license or eligibility
    • Successful completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship
    • Ability to participate in 24/7 onsite coverage

    Preferred:
    • Residency within the local area
    • Leadership experience or interest
