What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a high-quality, Level III NICU with 16 beds
- Manage an average daily census of 7-8 critically ill or premature newborns
- Attend and manage high-risk deliveries and stabilize critically ill infants
- Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
- Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, multidisciplinary teams, and faculty physicians
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Contribute to ongoing excellence in neonatal outcomes
- Potentially take on leadership roles for qualified candidates
- Support over 1,100 annual deliveries in a thriving hospital setting
What You Need
Required:- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Active Georgia medical license or eligibility
- Successful completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship
- Ability to participate in 24/7 onsite coverage
Preferred:- Residency within the local area
- Leadership experience or interest
