What You’ll Do:- Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NNPs and pediatric specialists
- Manage high-risk deliveries and critically-ill newborns
- Conduct outpatient and inpatient assessments adhering to evidence-based guidelines
- Support transport calls and participate in high-risk case management
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
What You Need:- Medical license and certification in Neonatology
- Completion of fellowship in Neonatology
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment
