What You'll Do:- Provide neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births
- Oversee care for critically ill and premature infants, including stabilization and management
- Lead daily rounds in NICU and newborn units, supporting a collaborative clinical team
- Collaborate closely with nursing, NNPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Support admissions, ongoing management, and discharge planning for neonatal patients
- Participate in home call rotation within a flexible schedule structure
- Maintain high standards of evidence-based neonatal care in a modern, renovated facility
What You Need:- Current Georgia Medical License (or eligible for licensure)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Experienced or new graduates with strong interest in neonatal intensive care
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
