Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
  • Provide neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births
  • Oversee care for critically ill and premature infants, including stabilization and management
  • Lead daily rounds in NICU and newborn units, supporting a collaborative clinical team
  • Collaborate closely with nursing, NNPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Support admissions, ongoing management, and discharge planning for neonatal patients
  • Participate in home call rotation within a flexible schedule structure
  • Maintain high standards of evidence-based neonatal care in a modern, renovated facility

What You Need:
  • Current Georgia Medical License (or eligible for licensure)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
  • Experienced or new graduates with strong interest in neonatal intensive care
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
