What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 34-bed Level III NICU with diverse acuity levels
- Conduct daily rounds and manage patient care plans
- Coordinate with a team of 2 neonatologists and 4 neonatal nurse practitioners
- Support 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and oversee neonatal transports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a collegial, supportive environment
- Contribute to clinical excellence and neonatal care advancements
- Support approximately 1,500-2,000 annual deliveries
- Oversee newborn nursery rounds and patient management
What You Need- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics; Neonatology certification preferred
- Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
- Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
