What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient pediatric care in a 30-bed ward with a daily census of 16–18 patients
• Perform newborn nursery examinations
• Conduct pediatric consultations in Emergency Department
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and intensivists
• Participate in teaching and mentoring pediatric residents and medical students
• Engage in an academic environment through affiliation with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine
• Deliver care in a Level II Trauma Center serving northern Nevada and northeastern California
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligning with Pediatrix standards

What You Need
Required:

• Valid state medical license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Preferred:

• Inpatient pediatric experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
