Location: Seattle, WA

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Permanent, full-time

Shift: 6–8 shifts of 24 hours per month (flexible scheduling)

Hours/Week: Varies based on shifts

License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Experience: Residency required; previous hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $285,120 to $380,160 annually (based on shifts worked)

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist care at major Seattle facilities
• Support labor and delivery, including high-volume centers
• Assist with obstetric emergencies such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions
• Perform routine gynecologic procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy
• Collaborate with a team of maternal-fetal medicine specialists and OB residents
• Support and mentor OB/Family Medicine fellows and residents
• Participate in academic activities and ongoing professional development
• Promote a team-oriented and patient-centered approach to care

What You Need

• Valid and active medical license in Washington state
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to support a flexible, fast-paced hospital environment

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with high-volume obstetric care and familiarity with hospital resource management
