Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
- Pay Package: Competitive salary based on FTE (e.g., $296,400 - $328,320) plus bonus incentives, additional clinical hour pay ($190/hour)

What You’ll Do
- Provide 24-hour in-house OB hospitalist coverage within a maternal-fetal medicine-led team
- Manage OB triage for unassigned patients and private physician requests
- Respond to and coordinate care for high-acuity obstetric cases and patient transports
- Assist in cesarean sections (average 0-3 cases) and conduct inpatient postpartum rounding
- Participate in shared rounding of antepartum patients with MFM specialists
- Perform gynecologic emergency evaluations for unassigned patients
- Collaborate with a comprehensive support team including Level III NICU, 24/7 Neonatology, Anesthesiology, and Pediatric services
- Deliver expert, compassionate obstetric care in a busy, multidisciplinary hospital environment
What You Need
Required:- Medical license in California
- Board Certified or Eligible OB-GYN
- Residency completion in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Strong clinical skills in high-acuity obstetric care
Preferred:- Experience in a hospitalist or high-volume obstetrics setting
- Ability to manage complex obstetric cases and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
