Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Rate discussed upon application)
• Annual Compensation: $312,000 - $438,000
• Additional Stipend: Medical Director stipend of $25,000

What You’ll Do

• Manage labor & delivery, including emergent OB/GYN procedures and surgeries
• Provide triage, inpatient consults, and handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists from Stanford and nursing teams
• Help define workflows, clinical protocols, and cultivate a culture of excellence in a new program
• Support the delivery of approximately 1,200 births annually in a Level II NICU environment
• Participate in quality initiatives and program development as Medical Director (optional leadership role)

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• At least 5 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively in a team-based model

Preferred:

• Prior leadership or program development experience
