Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to full-time salary range of $324,000–$360,000/year)

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, and gynecologic consultations
• Manage emergent gynecologic surgeries and acute clinical issues
• Collaborate with Level II-B NICU team for neonatal care of infants delivered at 31 weeks’ gestation and beyond
• Work alongside experienced CNMs and supported by dedicated OB/GYN back-up coverage
• Document seamlessly using Epic electronic medical records system
• Participate in team-based patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
• Contribute to community health initiatives and patient education

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Colorado
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Ability to work in a hospital environment and handle obstetric emergencies

Preferred:

• Prior hospitalist or OB experience
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
