- Shift: Approximately 7.5 24-hour in-house shifts/month (full-time) or flexible schedules starting at 5.5 shifts/month
- Hours/Week: Approximately 40+ hours/week (based on shifts)

- Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to $150/hour; details discussed at interview)
- Annual Salary (full-time): Approximately $328,500

What You’ll Do- Provide OB/GYN hospitalist coverage, attending deliveries, triaging OB patients, and managing high-risk cases
- Perform obstetric and gynecological evaluations and assist in surgeries
- Monitor fetal health via fetal monitoring systems
- Respond to emergencies and provide consultation for high-risk pregnancies
- Support community-level Level-III NICU patients of 23 weeks and above
- Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists and neonatologists
- Participate in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students
What You Need- Valid OB/GYN license in California or eligible for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Minimum of 2+ years of OB hospitalist experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in obstetric and gynecological care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
