  • License/Certs: Active Medical License in Michigan, Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology, BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred)

Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience; base salary $525,000-$625,000 (data-driven RVU model with guaranteed salary in first 2 years)

What You'll Do
  • Provide full-scope Medical Oncology and Hematology care to diverse patient populations
  • Manage approximately 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient cases
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers
  • Support no less than approximately 25 outpatient visits daily; inpatient volume varies
  • Participate in consults, follow-up care, and treatment planning for solid tumors and hematologic disorders
  • Engage with peer-to-peer consultations with external experts such as MD Anderson
  • Contribute to innovative cancer programs supported by state-of-the-art diagnostic and support services
  • Support academic activities as part of the nearby College of Medicine

What You Need
  • Valid Medical License in Michigan
  • Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
  • Willingness to participate in academic and research initiatives (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
