Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience; base salary $525,000-$625,000 (data-driven RVU model with guaranteed salary in first 2 years)
- Bonuses & Incentives: Sign-on bonus $50,000, potential productivity bonus

What You'll Do
- Provide full-scope Medical Oncology and Hematology care to diverse patient populations
- Manage approximately 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers
- Support no less than approximately 25 outpatient visits daily; inpatient volume varies
- Participate in consults, follow-up care, and treatment planning for solid tumors and hematologic disorders
- Engage with peer-to-peer consultations with external experts such as MD Anderson
- Contribute to innovative cancer programs supported by state-of-the-art diagnostic and support services
- Support academic activities as part of the nearby College of Medicine
What You Need
- Valid Medical License in Michigan
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
- Willingness to participate in academic and research initiatives (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
