Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Guaranteed base of $550,000 annually
- Additional Compensation: $55,000 signing bonus, $100,000 student loan support, wRVU incentives (no cap)
- Benefits: Six weeks PTO, $10,000 annual CME allowance, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, 403(b) retirement with 4% match, PSLF-eligible
- Pay package discussed upon application
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert Hematology/Oncology care across patient populations
- Manage outpatient visits, consultations, and follow-ups in your specialty
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs and specialty support services
- Participate in tumor board and clinical trials initiatives
- Engage in patient education, genetic counseling, and supportive care strategies
- Serve as a resource for complex case management and care coordination
- Utilize advanced facility resources, including new linear accelerator and CT simulator
What You Need
Required:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Ohio medical license or eligible for licensure
- DEA certification
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
Preferred:
- Strong team communication skills
- Experience with clinical trials and patient navigation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
