Experience: Proven leadership experience in academic or large health system settings in Hematology/Oncology
Salary: $500,000 - $550,000 annually, depending on experience and training
Relocation: Up to $30,000

What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the Hematology/Oncology Division within Henry Ford Health, managing clinical, academic, and research programs
- Serve as Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Service Line, guiding strategic growth and systemwide initiatives
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and research partners to expand cancer care, clinical trials, and precision medicine efforts
- Oversee more than 40 faculty members, fostering academic excellence and professional development
- Manage financial operations, including strategic oversight of over $1 billion in annual patient revenue
- Develop innovative inpatient and outpatient oncology care models
- Support graduate medical education and fellowship programs
- Maintain a clinical practice (~25%) within the Hematology/Oncology division
What You Need
Required:
- Medical license (active) in Michigan or eligible for license
- Hematology/Oncology fellowship completion
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Valid DEA, ACLS, PALS certifications
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in an academic or large health system setting
- Proven success managing faculty, clinical programs, research, and operational strategy
Preferred:
- Leadership titles such as Vice Chair, Chief, Program Director, or Director
- Experience with research, clinical trials, or precision medicine initiatives
- Strong collaborative and strategic planning skills
