  • Pay Package: $500,000 - $550,000 annually (discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division
  • Serve as Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Service Line
  • Lead and coordinate a team of over 40 physicians and multidisciplinary staff
  • Oversee clinical programs, research initiatives, and academic growth
  • Drive system-wide cancer care strategies across multiple hospitals and clinics
  • Manage oncology services including Bone Marrow Transplant and infusion programs
  • Collaborate with university and health system leaders to expand clinical trials and research initiatives
  • Support graduate medical education and faculty development
  • Maintain clinical practice (~25%) within the division
  • Develop innovative inpatient and outpatient oncology models
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Completed Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
    • Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
    • Valid DEA, ACLS, PALS certifications
    • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in an academic or large healthcare setting
    • Experience overseeing faculty, clinical, and research programs
    • EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
  • Preferred:
    • Leadership titles such as Vice Chair, Chief, or Program Director
    • Prior experience in cancer research and clinical trials
