- Annual salary: $235,000 - $265,000

What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and family medicine patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Conduct preventative care visits, wellness exams, and follow-up appointments
- Develop and implement long-term treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document all care accurately using EPIC EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement and organizational initiatives
- Support patient education and continuity of care
- Share on-call responsibilities as assigned
- Build lasting relationships with patients and the local community
What You Need- Medical license to practice in Michigan
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (current or recent graduates accepted)
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Open to H1B visa candidates; J1 candidates not eligible
- Willingness to commit to a community-focused outpatient setting within 1 hour commute
