What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and family medicine patients
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Conduct preventative care visits, wellness exams, and follow-up appointments
  • Develop and implement long-term treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document all care accurately using EPIC EMR system
  • Participate in quality improvement and organizational initiatives
  • Support patient education and continuity of care
  • Share on-call responsibilities as assigned
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and the local community


What You Need
  • Medical license to practice in Michigan
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (current or recent graduates accepted)
  • Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Open to H1B visa candidates; J1 candidates not eligible
  • Willingness to commit to a community-focused outpatient setting within 1 hour commute
