What You’ll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct pediatric visits, including immunizations and assessments
  • Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and specialists
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
  • Support quality improvement initiatives
  • Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care to an underserved community


What You Need:
  • Active Texas Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine
  • Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience
  • Excellent diagnostic, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to serving underserved populations and providing high-quality care

Preferred:
  • Experience with chronic disease management and preventive care
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse patient populations
