- Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing estimated 30-90 days)
- End Date/Duration: Permanent new hire
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Hours/Week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
- License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred but not mandatory; good communication skills required
Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within a full-spectrum outpatient practice
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for patients of all ages
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Promote wellness and preventive healthcare initiatives
- Coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests using EMR (Elation)
- Supervise and collaborate with one or more Nurse Practitioners
- Participate in quality improvement activities in a value-based care model
What You Need:- Active license in New Mexico or eligible for licensure
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, outpatient care
