What Youll Do
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in diverse patient populations
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans promoting wellness and prevention
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Supervise nurse practitioner team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within a value-based care model
What You Need
Required:- Valid New Mexico medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in EMR (Elation)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred:- Experience working in outpatient primary care settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position is located in a leading facility in Albuquerque, NM, providing full-spectrum outpatient family medicine services to patients from babies to retirees. The clinic operates within a value-based care model, emphasizing quality and patient wellness without insurance billing or RVUs. You will work alongside a supportive team caring for an average of 8-14 patients daily, supervising FNPs, and contributing to a community-focused healthcare environment.
