  • Experience: Prior EP procedural experience required

Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Confirmed as per current billing info)
  • Compensation Range: Estimated salary of $650,000–$700,000 (discussed during interview)

What You'll Do
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology services across Detroit hospitals
  • Perform pacemaker and defibrillator implant procedures
  • Conduct various ablation procedures (including right- and left-sided)
  • Participate in inpatient rounds with support staff
  • Manage a robust patient panel with referral streams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons and advanced practice providers
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and fellows
  • Share call responsibilities and travel between multiple hospital locations
  • Use Cerner EMR system (transitioning to Epic in 2025-2026)

What You Need
  • Michigan medical license (active)
  • Board Certified in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
  • At least 3+ years of EP procedural experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Preferred:
  • Previous teaching or leadership experience
  • Experience with advanced EP technology
