What Youll Do
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
- Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures and patient management
- Provide pre- and post-operative patient education and care
- Perform office-based procedures like joint injections
- Document patient interactions accurately and timely
- Participate in rotational call coverage
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
- Required:
- Active, valid PA-C license in Vermont
- Minimum 1-year orthopedic experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical requirements of the role
- Preferred:
- Experience with orthopedic procedures and surgical support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
