What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
  • Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures and patient management
  • Provide pre- and post-operative patient education and care
  • Perform office-based procedures like joint injections
  • Document patient interactions accurately and timely
  • Participate in rotational call coverage
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Active, valid PA-C license in Vermont
    • Minimum 1-year orthopedic experience
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical requirements of the role
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with orthopedic procedures and surgical support
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
