What You’ll Do:- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans under supervision
- Order, interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
- Assist during surgical procedures and patient management pre- and post-operation
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes
- Perform office-based procedures such as joint injections
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
- Participate in rotational call coverage and team meetings
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and OSHA standards
What You Need:- Valid Physician Assistant certification (PA-C) in Vermont or eligible
- At least 1 year of orthopedic or relevant clinical experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform sitting, standing, and walking tasks throughout shifts
- Excellent teamwork and patient-focused attitude
