We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established practice in Washington. Located in Kittitas Valley County Washington.
Your New Role: - Home Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Home Based Primary Care - 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday, Providers will split time between assistaed living and or nursing homes - will be solo when traveling - No Call
