What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties, including trauma, obstetrics, spine, vascular, thoracic, and outpatient procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams, nurses, and advanced practice providers
- Participate in an equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance
- Maintain and develop procedural skills in a busy, trauma-informed environment
- Engage in mentorship, leadership, or teaching opportunities as desired

What You Need- Active license or eligibility in Colorado in Anesthesiology
- Board-eligible or board-certified (BC/BE) in Anesthesiology
- Enthusiastic commitment to patient-centered care
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Experience in high-acuity or trauma settings preferred but not required
- Ability to practice across multiple facility types
