Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Up to $520,000/year, based on experience
- Additional Compensation: $20,000 starting bonus, Quality Incentive Bonus up to $30,000/year, extra shift opportunities

What You'll Do
- Provide anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties including trauma, obstetrics, spine, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI
- Participate in a manageable, equitable call rotation supporting work-life balance
- Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia
- Maintain and expand procedural skills in a variety of settings and case types
- Engage in mentorship and optional leadership activities in a supportive environment
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous improvement
What You Need
- Medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- ACLS, BLS, DEA certifications
- Enthusiasm for collaborative, high-acuity care
- Experience in diverse surgical procedures preferred
