Join a rehabilitation team specializing in Post-Acute Brain Injury and Stroke Rehabilitation. The facility provides Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, offering patients comprehensive support throughout their recovery.
The center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and provides access to adaptive sports equipment and Recreational Therapy services, creating a supportive environment focused on functional recovery and independence.

Collaborative multidisciplinary team
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, transfers, balance, and functional activities
Carry out individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
Document treatments and communicate patient updates to the rehabilitation team
Support patient independence, safety, and functional recovery
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other care professionals
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure in Maine
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
