Compensation & Benefits

Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery or Truly Board Eligible (within 0-5 years of residency) [Required]
Colorado medical license (or willing to obtain before start) [Highly Preferred]
DEA (prior to start) [Required]
Most recent Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) [Required]
Clean malpractice history [Highly Preferred]
