Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
  • Assist urology surgeons in diagnosing and treating conditions
  • Conduct detailed patient evaluations and assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Support urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and care plans
  • Manage post-operative and follow-up care to ensure optimal recovery
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technical, and clerical staff
  • Follow safety protocols including universal precautions and OSHA standards
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid APRN license in Vermont
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in urology or surgical support
  • Certification in Urology or related specialty
