What You'll Do
- Assist urology surgeons in diagnosing and treating conditions
- Conduct detailed patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Support urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and care plans
- Manage post-operative and follow-up care to ensure optimal recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technical, and clerical staff
- Follow safety protocols including universal precautions and OSHA standards
What You Need
Required:- Valid APRN license in Vermont
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred:- Experience in urology or surgical support
- Certification in Urology or related specialty
