- Shift: Night shift, 7 PM – 7 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Hours/week: 36-40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time, W2
- Licenses/Certifications: ANCC, BLS, Board Certified, DEA required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years trauma or surgery experience; surgical fellowship preferred
Pay & Benefits:- Salary Range: $136,822 – $179,379 annually (dependent on experience)
- Incentives: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP; relocation bonus up to $10,000

What You’ll Do:- Provide advanced overnight trauma and emergency general surgery care.
- Conduct assessments, interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.
- Manage inpatient trauma and emergency patients independently while collaborating with physicians and teams.
- Perform procedures to support trauma surgeons and ongoing patient management.
- Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical staff bylaws.
- Participate actively in mentoring, leadership, and professional development programs.
What You Need:- Valid ANCC certification, active Colorado license preferred
- BLS certification from ARC or AHA
- DEA registration for prescribing meds
- Minimum 2 years of trauma or surgery experience; fellowship highly preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team setting
