Job Title: Trauma & Acute Care Surgery Nurse Practitioner – Loveland, Colorado

  • Shift: Night shift, 7 PM – 7 AM (12-hour shifts)

  • Licenses/Certifications: ANCC, BLS, Board Certified, DEA required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years trauma or surgery experience; surgical fellowship preferred

Pay & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $136,822 – $179,379 annually (dependent on experience)
  • Incentives: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP; relocation bonus up to $10,000

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide advanced overnight trauma and emergency general surgery care.
  • Conduct assessments, interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.
  • Manage inpatient trauma and emergency patients independently while collaborating with physicians and teams.
  • Perform procedures to support trauma surgeons and ongoing patient management.
  • Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical staff bylaws.
  • Participate actively in mentoring, leadership, and professional development programs.

What You Need:
  • Valid ANCC certification, active Colorado license preferred
  • BLS certification from ARC or AHA
  • DEA registration for prescribing meds
  • Minimum 2 years of trauma or surgery experience; fellowship highly preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team setting
