  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Participate in professional development to enhance clinical skills

What You Need:
  • Valid APRN license in Vermont
  • Minimum of 1 year outpatient primary care experience
  • Key skills: patient-centered approach, teamwork, strong communication, critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
