Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Package: Hourly rate of $1.00 (anticipated salary range $120,000 - $140,000 annually)

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in professional development to enhance clinical skills

What You Need:

• Valid APRN license in Vermont
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient primary care experience
• Key skills: patient-centered approach, teamwork, strong communication, critical thinking
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
