What You’ll Do

• Independently perform medical acts following APRN standards in an outpatient primary care setting
• Provide comprehensive care: health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and medical staff
• Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
• Lead and coordinate care for individuals, families, and groups
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant clinical environment
• Support daily operations and participate in ongoing education for professional growth
• Assist in care planning and patient advocacy in a busy outpatient practice

What You Need

• Valid Vermont APRN licensure or eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in primary care or related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize patient-centered care
