    Brattleboro Memorial Hospital / Southern Vermont Health Services Corporation is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join Brattleboro Family Medicine in Brattleboro, Vermont, providing comprehensive outpatient primary care services within a collaborative and multidisciplinary medical group environment.

    Job Description:

    The Nurse Practitioner (APRN) will:



    • Independently perform medical acts in accordance with APRN licensure standards in an outpatient primary care setting
    • Provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to individuals, families, and groups
    • Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and overall wellness
    • Deliver leadership and consultation within the care team
    • Collaborate with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
    • Identify and address specialized teaching and learning needs of patients and families
    • Provide education to support informed healthcare decision-making
    • Maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment for patients and staff
    • Support daily practice operations in a cost-effective manner
    • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
    • Identify personal learning needs and establish goals for professional growth
    • Work within the BMH Medical Group, which includes specialties such as family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, post-acute care, urology, and general surgery
    • Collaborate with physicians, licensed providers, LPNs/medical assistants, and clerical staff
    • Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour
    • Not accepting visa candidates

    • Not open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another position
    • Not accepting candidates with less than 1 year's experience
    Compensation and Benefits:
      • Salary Range: *** *** annually
