What You’ll Do:- Provide neonatal critical care for high-risk and critically ill infants in a Level-III NICU setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary staff
- Manage patient care from delivery through stabilization and transfer when necessary
- Support neonatal transports staffed by specialized neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists
- Participate in family-centered healthcare delivery and support
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold hospital policies
What You Need:- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
- 2+ years of NICU experience (not suitable for new graduates or locum candidates)
- Valid Florida license and active Florida DEA registration
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Epic preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
