What You'll Do:- Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
- Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
- Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams on patient care planning
- Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
- Participate in family-centered and evidence-based care initiatives
- Contribute to staff education and ongoing clinical quality improvement
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Engage in professional development and mentorship opportunities
- Support a culture of excellence and compassionate neonatal care
What You Need:- Valid Georgia RN and NNP licensure, certification in Neonatal Nurse Practice
- Experience preferred but willing to consider new graduates
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
