    Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Level IV NICU in Savannah, GA | Pediatric Care

    What You'll Do:
    • Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
    • Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
    • Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams on patient care planning
    • Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
    • Participate in family-centered and evidence-based care initiatives
    • Contribute to staff education and ongoing clinical quality improvement
    • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
    • Engage in professional development and mentorship opportunities
    • Support a culture of excellence and compassionate neonatal care

    What You Need:
    • Valid Georgia RN and NNP licensure, certification in Neonatal Nurse Practice
    • Experience preferred but willing to consider new graduates
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
