What You'll Do:- Provide neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services
- Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver expert care to newborns
- Cover delivery services and NICU patients in the Phoenix area
- Responsible for in-unit patient management, emergency response, and supporting neonatal procedures
- Work a combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts tailored to your availability and unit needs
- Participate in ongoing team rounds and emergency care as needed
- No transport duties involved
What You Need:- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certs)
- Minimum 2 years of NNP experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality neonatal care
About the Assignment:This role is based in a prominent facility in Phoenix, AZ, caring for neonates across multiple Level III-IV NICUs as well as newly expanded Level II nurseries.
