What You’ll Do:- Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU
- Participate in 24/7 in-house NNP coverage model
- Manage an average of 19 NICU patients daily
- Support approximately 2,700 annual deliveries with high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
- Perform neonatal procedures based on experience and competency
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU team
- Exercise autonomous clinical decision-making and strong judgment
- Attend neonatal transports and utilize full pediatric and subspecialty support
- Engage in educational opportunities, including partnerships with medical schools, and contribute to quality, safety, and patient outcomes
What You Need:- Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license (Florida preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years NICU experience
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and autonomous practice skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule and support a high-acuity environment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
