End Date/Duration: Permanent, full-time position
Shift: 12-hour shifts and 24-hour in-house/on-call shifts; additional nursery shifts available
Hours/week: Approximately 36 hours/month

Licenses/Certifications: Current Nurse Practitioner license; Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Certification preferred
Experience: New Fellows encouraged to apply; prior neonatal experience preferred but not required

Hourly Rate: $1.00 (Note: Pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver neonatal care across four NICUs in the Oklahoma City Metro area
Provide direct patient care for newborns and infants in Level II NICUs
Support staff with clinical decision-making and patient management
Assist with neonatal stabilization, assessments, and procedures
Contribute to family education and support
Cover shifts including day, night, and on-call responsibilities
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
Neonatal, Pediatric, or related experience preferred
Excellent clinical skills with strong communication abilities
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to call situations
Residency within immediate local area preferred; relocation may be required
