What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver high-quality neonatal care across four different Level II NICUs in the Oklahoma City metro area
- Provide comprehensive care for newborns and their families, including assessments, treatments, and stabilization
- Participate in a balanced schedule of day and night shifts, including on-call duties from home
- Cover additional shifts in the newborn nursery at Lakeside as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols
- Support quality improvement initiatives and family-centered care
What You Need
Required:- Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Oklahoma state license or eligibility to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
- At least 1 year of NICU experience preferred but new fellows are encouraged to apply
Preferred:- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to adapt to shift rotation and on-call responsibilities
