- Experience: Minimum of X years in neonatal or related practice

What Youll Do- Provide direct neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries
- Attend deliveries (transport responsibilities not required)
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
- Function with a high level of autonomy, supported by in-house neonatologists and on-call backup
- Participate in a team-oriented, collegial environment
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards of neonatal care
- Engage in continuing professional development and training initiatives
What You Need- Valid advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in Florida
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification
- At least X years of neonatal care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work extended shifts as scheduled
