What You’ll Do
- Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries across four hospitals in Jacksonville.
- Attend deliveries (transport responsibilities not required).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologists and backup on-call coverage.
- Assist in maintaining the highest standards of neonatal care in line with Pediatrix’s mission.
- Participate in a team-oriented, collegial environment dedicated to patient care excellence.
What You Need
- Valid Florida Nurse Practitioner license
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years of NNP experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-functioning medical team
