What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill infants in a large Level III NICU
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Rotate across three hospitals within the healthcare system, covering all shifts
- Manage a wide range of neonatal medical conditions with state-of-the-art technology
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Assist with development and implementation of patient care plans
- Support new protocols and clinical practices to improve neonatal outcomes
What You Need
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
- 2+ years of relevant NNP clinical experience
- Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to rotate across multiple facilities within the area
